God has been blessing our efforts in these last months. Twelve stations that I was able to visit accepted our programs; seven of them are secular. At the same time a believer that holds a position at the Baptist University in Cali has shown a great interest in distributing the programs on his campus. His goal is to spread the message of the Gospel.

Two other believers who are affiliated with different radio stations requested program samples and hope to secure broadcast agreements. One of the stations that they want to contact reaches some areas in Venezuela. I praise the Lord as well for the way he leads us when the enemy tries to keep us out of certain radio stations. Recently I found out that a station canceled our long programs. The secretary told us that the message of our programs didn’t fit with the philosophy of their station. Now this secretary has left the station, and I had the opportunity to meet with the director, who immediately told me that he likes our programs since they provide a positive message. Now they are transmitting the programs once again Monday through Friday in the evening. The director of another station that broadcasts in a jail contacted me recently to express his gratitude for the programs and the literature that we send them. They represent a tremendous blessing for the inmates.

 

PRAYER REQUESTS:

• We thank the Lord for His provision for my family. Especially for the ways that He provided for the school material for our daughters.
• For God’s guidance to expand the radio ministry in the different areas of Colombia, especially in places where our programs are not transmitted
• For wisdom as we present the radio programs in radio stations and churches. That the Lord may touch the hearts of the owners and directors of the stations
