This year 4 families have shown a strong desire to grow in their spiritual lives. Paco and Regina have been a clear example of how the Lord can transform the hearts of those who truly trust Him. They both accepted Jesus as their Savior in April of last year. Since then their faith has been tested. The Lord has given them the courage to keep walking faithfully in His ways. Paco has now received a great burden for their relatives who do not know the Lord, especially his mother. She lives in Puebla and has a strong conviction that the virgin and the saints can help her to be a better woman. In God’s providence my brother Gonzalo, who is a missionary with CAM international, is planting a new church in Puebla. Gonzalo contacted Paco’s mother to share the message of salvation with her. Although she has not made a decision yet, she has been attending my brother’s church for three weeks now. She has been amazed to hear that her son Paco has been transformed by the power of Jesus Christ. As a mother, she clearly knew that only God could do such miracle. Now Paco wants to make sure that she can have a personal relationship with this God.

PRAYER REQUESTS:

• For my wife and me to persevere in serving God faithfully, both at the office and at the church
  
• For God’s faithful presence upon our sons. That His protection may be upon them every day
  
• For the families that are attending the Hispanic Bible Church, and for their newborn desire to share Christ with others
  
• For the visit that I just completed to our missionaries in Venezuela and Colombia. That the Lord has prospered my way, and protected my family while I was gone.
